Operational Frequencies

If the Incident or Event is planned ahead of time, an Incident Radio Communications Plan (ICS-205) will be produced and used to guide on-the-air operations.

However, if an Incident merges before planning or an event is ad hoc, the following default frequency plan will be used:

If in support of Leavenworth County Office of Emergency Management, such as weather spotting or other incident with volunteers paged by the County:
County: LV-EOC-Tact on 800 MHz Trunked (if issued a LvCo radio)
Primary: 147.000 (+), T 151.4 Hz (County Civil Defense Repeater)
Secondary: 145.33 (-), T 151.4 Hz (Provided by JARA)
Chat: 444.800 (+), T 151.4 Hz (Provided by JARA)
Simplex Back-Up: 146.520 (s), then move as directed.

In support of all other LvCo agencies:
Primary: 145.33 (-), T 151.4 Hz (Provided by JARA)
Secondary: 444.800 (+), T 151.4 Hz (Provided by JARA)
Chat: 147.000 (+), T 151.4 Hz (County Civil Defense Repeater)
