Net Trainer (TNG) is logged as such when someone other than the Emergency Coordinator, NCS, ANCS or LOG conduct on-air training during an ARES net. They should be logged with the role of TL in Net Control Manager. Anyone who prepares and conducts training on-air needs to be so recognized for Task Book credit and to be encouraged for their contributions to the net.
